House construction starts, kids' park takes shape
Groundwork and structures are underway on the first houses, the kids' park lawns are filling in, and street-light poles are going up along the boulevards.

Main gate built, roads cut, poles going in
The main gate is up, the road network is being developed, park lawns are planted and three houses are nearing completion. Street-light pole installation began on 11 September 2026; park and mosque work continues.
