In Gujrat people use housing scheme, housing society, town and colony for the same thing: a planned, gated neighbourhood where you buy a plot and build your own house. Kunjwal City is all of these. It is a single gated community of more than 200 Kanals on Sargodha Road, with its own main gate, internal roads, a mosque, a park and a commercial zone.

Why Sargodha Road
Sargodha Road is the quieter side of Gujrat: less through-traffic than the GT Road and more open land, while still about a quarter of an hour from the city. It is also the direct road for families coming from Kunjah, Phalia and Mandi Bahauddin. The location page has road distances and directions.

- Visit the site office at the main gate (open every day, 9 AM to 6 PM), or ask for a live video walk.
- Choose your plot on the master plan.
- Book with the booking payment and your CNIC. Every payment goes to the company account and you get an official receipt.
