How the plan is structured
Kunjwal City sells plots on a 3-year easy installment plan:
- Booking payment. Pay the booking amount (30% of the plot price) with your CNIC and receive an official receipt.
- 36 monthly installments. The balance is spread over 36 equal monthly installments.
- Balance at possession. The remaining portion is paid at possession.
Development charges are included in the plot price, so there's no separate development bill later. We share the exact schedule for your plot size in writing, by WhatsApp or at the site office.
When do I get possession?
Possession is targeted within about 1.5 years, once 70% of the plot price has been paid.
Premium plots
Some plots carry a surcharge over the base price because of where they sit in the master plan:

Plot sizes on the plan
- Residential: 3 to 10 Marla, with 5 Marla, 7 Marla and 10 Marla the most popular.
- Commercial: 4 Marla commercial plots.

Availability and prices change as the phase sells, and premium locations differ plot by plot. Rather than show a figure that's out of date, we send you the current schedule for the exact plot you're interested in, in writing.
Booking from abroad
